Behind every child with additional needs at home, in an early years setting or at school ..... often stands an adult who needs to keep up their own energy and well being to be able to help their child. People living with additional needs often show me and tell me how they feel overwhelmed, frustrated and stressed. 

Emotional wellbeing, a calm body and feeling safe is not a nice optional extra in learning and development at any age - it's the foundation on which everything else stands. Which is why I trained in Reiki, a gentle and complementary strategy that can encourage relaxation and calm. When you feel calm, when your body can relax, your body is more able to do its own job of helping you cope with challenges and stay balanced, physically, mentally and emotionally. 

I offer full Reiki sessions for adults and for older children. 
With younger children or people with disabilities who find it anything but relaxing to try and be still, a Reiki session may include play, based around their interests, while Reiki is given.  

The cost of an hour long Reiki session is £30.
